“This course was very informative. I had

recently started out as a Human Resources Administrator and this course helped
me to understand this field of work much more. Once you have background
knowledge on something, you can start to enjoy the work more and be more
confident. Much of what is taught is directly relevant to my working
environment and has helped me develop myself personally and progress in my
role. I now hope to complete the rest of the units required to top up the full
Diploma at Level 3.“
